Dream Project, wonderful man. Our second collaboration -- and to say collaboration is kind of funny. It's more like I can do whatever I want. Did his first home, so he trusted me, but I had a real vision for this home -- dreamy, sophisticated, but not too stuffy. Waterfront, so played off views and colors -- a relaxed coastal vibe for sure. This home tells a story -- from the incredible handrail system the sitting room with comfortable seating for guests to enjoy that view.

The primary suite was reading very 80s, so I created a wood detail ceiling. All the trim and doors were specifically chosen for the clean yet classic feel. Another gem is the laundry mudroom space that keeps you organized and happy all at once. The real show-stopper for me has to be the kitchen, with incredible details at every turn. This client also saw the importance of great lighting fixtures. If you take a moment to go through the images, you recognize their importance and how they truly elevate the space—the real jewelry of a home.
